Q: Why are your prices so much cheaper than my local Toyota dealer?

A: Our Internet business has grown to the point that we sell in large volume so we are able to do so at a very small profit margin.
Q: Why are you asking for my VIN#?

A: Your VIN# tells us all about your car from production dates, interior colors, actual model and engine codes etc. By providing this information it all but guarantees absolute accuracy on your order. A little effort before the order is placed goes a long way after the fact. Also please keep in mind that this information is only used for parts lookup and kept in-house.
Q: Do I have to look up my own parts?

A: Absolutely not, call us at (800) 516-1455 and one of our Toyota Parts Professionals will be glad to help you at the same wholesale prices.
Q: How much does freight cost?

A: Typically 8-10% of the price of the part with some exceptions (large, heavy or oversized items).
Q: How long until I receive my order?

A: We can typically hit reach either cost in 2-4 days, our advantage here is our geographic location (the center of the country). It sometimes depends on parts availability which we can tell you at the time of order. You can also ask for expedited shipping.
